City Flip: Roma von HUCH!

All roads lead to Rome ... and to St. Peter's Basilica, the Forum Romanum et cetera! You are working together as city planners. Your task is to place the cards laid out in a 7x7 grid so that at the end the 10 sights are connected to their streets on all 4 sides. When it's your turn, you swap the card in your hand for a face-down card. This becomes the next swap card. In addition to the directional specifications, there are various building specifications for individual columns and rows. These vary from game to game. This allows you to rebuild Rome again and again and make the game increasingly challenging.
